Families!

I do love a good family day out... well at least if Amaia is behaving, which in fairness she does most of the times.

I'd like her to grow up to have loads of happy memories of days out and sunny (hopefully!) days at the beach.

I really enjoy capturing families when they are being just that... families!!

A sunny evening in Brighton

It feels like a lifetime ago that I met with Nick and Sarah-Jane to do some engagement photos.

This beautiful couple are now married and have had a gorgeous little baby girl.

When we met at the water gardens near Preston Park, I realized I already knew Nick from my office job! He made my omelettes on Friday!!

We had a blast and they were so easy to work with...

So on the second day of my new adventure I wanted to post a few pictres that I took a while ago.

I like seeing the progression of my work and wtake pride on seeing improvement too!

I always aim to be the best I can be... a very long way to go yet, but hopefully on the right path.

My beautiful friend Charlotte posed for me in her amazing wedding dress after her wedding in Brighton. It was such a fun day, we got loads of attention (well she did anyway!)

New beginnings!

So, as I approach the end of my official maternity leave (meaning the period of time I am receiving  a salary as I still have a few more weeks with my little girl) I have decided to get a bit more focused on this passion of mine, so that maybe one day, my dream of being able to live off this comes true.

The first big step was a revamp of my logo... so I now have a fancy new logo, which I feel is much more "me" than the old one was.

It incorporates my name, what my name means in Spanish (dove) and cameras, and it has a bit more colour on it. I am extremely pleased, and must thank the wonderful Maria at www.stylishlogodesign.com as she did exactly what I wanted!!

So here's to a new start, and hopefully a much busier blog from now on!!
